My info → Records. Records are grouped by date and type (visit note, lab, imaging, document) and tagged with their release status — Signed, Released, or Awaiting read — so you know at a glance whether a result is ready or still in progress.
When records become visible
Most lab results auto-release immediately. Visit notes release once your provider signs them — usually within 48 hours of the visit. After the note is signed, Records also shows an After Visit Summary with your name and date of birth, the reason for the visit, the plan, and any medications prescribed that day.
